AI Chatbot for LINE OA / Facebook
Answers customers and takes orders 24/7 from a complete knowledge base, installed ready to use
Prices shown are starting prices; the final price follows the real scope after we talk.
Your team keeps working the way it does; it just gets easier. We study the real work first, then design a system people actually use every day. Hiring and payment happen in one place: Fastwork.
When AI "doesn't deliver", the tool is rarely the problem: the work is still scattered across chats, files and people's heads. Pick the symptom closest to yours and see which service fixes it.

Try it on your phone, no login, all data synthetic. Before you go in, a short page tells you what you'll see and what the prototype deliberately leaves out, so you don't expect more than the real thing.

Prototype comingSee what it doesA prototype is the smallest working thing: one flow and one or two features of a service, small enough for a stranger to finish alone in two minutes.
The real work is built from your team's own work and data, tested on the real thing, and cared for after handover. Wherever possible each prototype is a system LazyHardWork runs itself, or is built from the same pattern.
Most engagements take about two weeks per phase. The dashed steps are the ones where you decide.
Everything that arrives by chat, on paper or as a file goes into the studio's central knowledge vault, where agents file it, draft the work and report back. Two things stay with a human: money, and anything that goes out to a client.
We don't sell what we don't use — the systems we sell are the ones LazyHardWork runs on every day.
LazyHardWork
Plain text files that are the studio's single source of truth: clients, work, decisions and the reasons behind them. Every file has its own tags and its own place.
Agents read from here, not from chat memory. The office's first rule: if it isn't written down, it didn't happen.
The next layer is the rules and work state every agent reads before starting; above that, the summary screen opened each morning and the channels used to talk to the agents. It is the same structure we set up for clients in the AI Workspace and AI Agent cards.
Each agent has one job, cross-domain work goes through the coordinator, and everything an agent does is logged as one line.
Direction, taste and anything irreversible: the number on a quote, any message that goes to a client, and access to client data.
Agents propose, a human decides. Each question arrives as one message with numbered options, can be answered from a phone, and the answer is written back to the vault at once.
The studio's bots never pretend to be human, and client data is never placed in a third-party chat service.
The one case we can show is KV Premium, a Thai business that makes custom products; Phase 1 was delivered in September 2026. Every screen is redrawn with synthetic data, as agreed with the client. No real business data appears on this page.
Dashed = a person decides
I will always choose a lazy person to do a difficult job, because a lazy person will find an easy way to do it.
Everything, from the first chat to the order, happens on Fastwork. If you'd rather try the bot first, message LazyHardWork on LINE.
