What it is
Lay is the chatbot LazyHardWork uses to answer real customers every day, the same kind of system we build for your shop. It answers from a knowledge base, finishes the answer when it knows, and hands over to a person when it isn't sure.
What you can try in two minutes
Follow these steps on your phone, no help needed
- Ask several things in one message, such as price, how long it takes and what to prepare, and see whether Lay answers every one
- Type "ขอดูตัวอย่าง" (show me an example), tap "ลองเป็นลูกค้าร้านตัวอย่าง" (be a sample shop's customer), pick the café or the clinic, and place an order or book a slot

What this prototype does not do
